TD Bank launches ‘Bank Human’ campaign

Posted 1/8/13

CHERRY HILL, N.J. – TD Bank is putting customers and employees out front in its new “Bank Human, Again” multimedia marketing campaign.

“Bank Human is all about people…the new marketing campaign viscerally communicates TD’s attributes of unparalleled service and convenience, and our customer-first culture,” said TD Bank Chief Marketing Officer Vinoo Vijay.

The campaign spotlights the bank's customer service handled by people, and includes TV spots that make fun of tightly-chained pens and automated tellers to messages in print and digital platforms.

Customer vignettes will be featured on LCD screens in bank branches and videos will be on YouTube and bankhumanagain.com.

TD Bank is headquartered in Cherry Hill, N.J., and Portland, Maine. It has six locations in Rhode Island, in Providence, East Providence, Johnston, Barrington, Warwick and Cranston.
