TD Bank launches online community

CHERRY HILL, N.J. – TD Bank has launched an online social community called “TD Helps” for consumers to ask questions about banking topics and personal finances, the bank announced April 14.
The online service will provide answers from TD Bank specialists. Topics can cover a wide range of financial issues, from home buying to retirement planning.
“No matter how they connect with us, people want to be heard,” says Nandita Bakhshi, head of retail banking for TD Bank. “With TD Helps, they receive real answers from real people. It’s truly an online community with a human touch.”
Specialists answer all questions submitted to TD Helps, and if a question cannot be published for privacy or other reasons, the TD Helps team will respond privately by email within 24 hours. TD Helps is at www.TDBank.com.
