TEN31 plans nonprofit arts, event center in city

PAWTUCKET – Living-art performance entertainment company TEN31 Productions has moved its headquarters to an 8,000-square-foot location in a former mill building, with plans to transform the space into a cultural arts and event space called REVEL factory.

The company is aiming to raise $75,000 to fund the nonprofit organization and revitalize the space.

REVEL factory, located at 249 Roosevelt Ave., will offer classes and workshops to the public in dance, theater, costume design, painting as well as walk-through experiences featuring TEN31 characters. It will also allow performers and artists to showcase creative work, and it will be available for individuals and companies to host events, according to a July 7 news release. •
