Tech Collective accepts fellowship applicants

Posted 5/13/13

PROVIDENCE – Tech Collective is currently accepting both job postings and applicants for its 2013 fellowship program.

The program, funded by the Governor’s Workforce Board of Rhode Island and the Rhode Island Job Development Fund aims to “build the workforce pipeline” while filling the state’s talent gap on two levels.

According to an organization release, the fellowship program provides industry employers with qualified candidates to potentially fill open positions and provides 2013 college graduates with “valuable, hands-on, industry experience.”

This is the second year for the Tech Collective’s fellowship program. In its pilot year, the program hosted five recent graduates, successfully garnering post-employment for all five fellows. •
