Textron, CVS make top 25 broker analyst pick list

JERICHO, N.Y. – The CBRE Group Inc., Textron Inc., General Growth Properties and CVS Health Corp. are included on a list of the top 25 broker analyst picks of the S&P 500 by The Online Investor.

The local companies share space on the list with companies such as Google Inc. (No. 5), Facebook Inc. (No. 19) and Citigroup Inc. (No. 21).

Los Angeles-based CBRE, which provides commercial real estate and development services, as well as facilities management, was ranked No. 1. It has total market capitalization of $12.8 billion, including 3.7 percent of the market capitalization held by exchange-traded funds.
General Growth Properties, which is based in Chicago and owns Providence Place Mall, ranked No. 12. Its total market capitalization is $24.7 billion with 4 percent held by exchange-traded funds.
CVS Health Corp., based in Woonsocket, ranked 14th on the list; the pharmacy health care provider has total market capitalization of $113 billion, with 2.9 percent of that number held by exchange-traded funds.
Textron Inc., a manufacturer based in Providence and known for its brands including Bell helicopter and Cessna jets, ranked 24th on the list. It has total market capitalization of $12.3 billion and 3.7 percent of that number held by exchange-traded funds.
