All employees are involved in our strategic-planning process and play a role in the direction of the company.

Whenever we have an important corporate decision to make, we always consider how it may affect our employees and then clearly communicate to them.
What is the most important benefit the company provides?
Flexibility. We recognize that our employees have different lifestyle needs. We help them create a schedule and benefits package that works for them.
What is your biggest challenge in creating a great place to work?
Maintaining our corporate culture as the company continues to grow beyond our Rhode Island roots.
