Use:

This former factory, initially built to create boot and corset laces, and later jewelry components, had been vacant for several years prior to redevelopment. Purchased by the Blackstone Valley Development Corp., it has been extensively renovated and now houses 20 apartments for U.S. service veterans. Completed in the fall of 2015, the former Heaton and Cowing Mill is now fully leased.
