The Newport Initiative for Nonprofit Leadership will offer a workshop for women in leadership from 9 a.m. to noon at Child and Family, 31 John Clarke Road, Middletown.

Participants will explore gender issues in leadership and learn about the opportunities and challenges for women in the workforce. Those interested will have the opportunity to reflect on their own views of covered topics and articulate their goals as formal or informal leaders. Participants may be eligible to earn CEUs.
