Washington Trust provides $33.5M to refinance New Haven retail space

WESTERLY – Washington Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Group provided $33.5 million to refinance a multi-tenant retail property in New Haven, Conn.

The property, dubbed North Haven Commons, is a five-building complex off Interstate 91.

The property comprises1 196,447 square feet of retail space filled with anchor tenants, including Best Buy, Big Lots and Toys “R” Us/Babies “R” Us.

The property was constructed in 2008.
