This Week’s Poll

What should Congress do regarding the Affordable Care Act?

It is difficult to avoid the topic these days, now that bills have been introduced in Congress to replace the Affordable Care Act. And while you are considering how to answer this week's poll, consider this: Obamacare delivers an additional $600 million to Rhode Island every year, thanks to the expansion of Medicaid ($500 million) and the insurance subsidies that help less well-off citizens buy insurance ($100 million). Removing that much money from the state’s economy will undoubtedly have a negative impact, not to mention guarantee that fewer people will have health insurance than before the act’s passage.

So where do you stand on the issue?
