William McComiskey has been appointed executive chef at Rick’s Roadhouse. In his new role, Mc-Comiskey will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including inventory, menu planning and management of the kitchen staff. Most recently, he was the kitchen manager at The Restaurant in Warren. He has also served as kitchen manager at Big Daddy’s BBQ and chef at Signature, both in Florida. •
