WARWICK – Michael Integlia & Co., a Providence-based developer, will begin work in the coming weeks on a $10 million office building in Warwick’s Metro Center Business Park.
The 45,000-square foot building at 125 Metro Center Blvd. will complement the developer’s existing 75,000-square-foot office building next door that opened in 2008.
Michael Integlia & Co. plans to open the new building by the end of the year, according to the city.
“We’re moving forward with phase two because our portfolio is stable with committed tenancy for several years to come,” said Michael Integlia III, director of new business development. “We also see improvement in our economy and will build inventory to serve our client base.”
The company also developed office buildings at 931 and 935 Jefferson Blvd. in Warwick, known colloquially as Jefferson Gateway.
“Michael Integlia & Co. has a great reputation, and a long-standing commitment to our state and the cities and towns in which they do business,” Warwick Mayor Scott Avedisian said. “They are known for high-quality work and have attracted a number of top-notch companies to our community. We are pleased to see another Integlia project taking shape in Warwick and are looking forward to the completion of phase two.”
