Yatsko named R.I. Association of Realtors president

WARWICK – Arthur Yatsko has been named the 2016 president of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, a 4,400-member organization.
Yatsko, broker-owner of the Salisbury Agency, will begin the position upon his return from the National Association of Realtors Conference in San Diego in November. He will replace Bruce Lane.

Yatsko, of Warwick, is a past president of the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors and was twice elected the board’s Realtor of the Year.
In other news, Duane Boucher of Boucher Real Estate in Woonsocket will lead the State-Wide Multiple Listing Service as president in 2016. He replaces Ryan Antrop.

The real estate information exchange service also elected Mindy Lane of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gammons Realty in East Greenwich as vice president and Richard Carrubba of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Newport as treasurer.
A resident of Cumberland, Boucher has served on numerous local and statewide Realtor boards and was twice the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors Top Producing Realtor.
