What’s the best way you call out special efforts by employees?
We call them our (add)WOW moments and we recognize the (add)venturist publicly during a team meeting so they can enjoy a round of applause. Or we send out companywide emails sharing the above-and-beyond effort.
What do you expect from employees that other companies don’t?
We expect our (add)venturists to make mistakes – as long as they are mistakes of good intentions, of trying to innovate or trying something a new way.
What is your biggest challenge in creating a great place to work?
Stringent recruiting to find the best candidates that fit our NICE (Nurturers with Intelligence, Character and Energy) culture and meet the specialized needs of our partners.
