The Flickers Rhode Island International Film Festival will host one of 45 Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences sanctioned Oscar parties on Sunday, Feb. 24, at The Vets on One Avenue of the Arts, to benefit the festival’s 17th season in August and support community outreach and educational programs.
