The C12 Group of Southern New England has announced that a portion of all 2013 Chick-fil-A Leadercast ticket sales will be donated to Safe Families for Children, a national organization that provides safe, loving homes for children of families in crisis that has two locations in Rhode Island.

Employees of Collette Vacations celebrated 2013 National Volunteer Week, which ran from April 21 to April 27, by offering more than 100 hours of support to a handful of Rhode Island-based organizations. Staff pitched in by processing donations for the Rhode Island Community Food Bank, by walking in the March for Babies event for March of Dimes and by serving meals at the Pawtucket Soup Kitchen and the McAuley House in Providence.
