Mary Fasano has been named community development market manager at RBS Citizens and Citizens Bank, where she will focus on leveraging the bank’s existing relationships with community organizations and leaders.
John E. Ottaviani has been named counsel at Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP. Ottaviani is experienced in matters involving the protection of trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets, the acquisition and sale of technology companies, the protection of digital assets and limiting liability on the Internet and more.
Julie Longtin, owner of RE/MAX Cityside, was recently named a 2012 CoStar Power Broker by CoStar Group. Longtin qualified as one of the top commercial brokers in Providence based on the total sales transactions she closed during the year, which include multimillion-dollar transactions of multiple real estate portfolios located on the East Side and West End of Providence. These portfolios consisted of 67 apartment rental units, three parking lots and two vacant lots. Longtin was evaluated against other commercial real estate brokers active in the region by CoStar Group.
It was not an exact fit, and the transition took post-graduate education and a few job changes, but Sarah Soares has made the move from serving as an officer in the U.S. Army to her current position, as human resources manager at Blount Fine Foods. Leading, training and guiding people was the theme that she followed, one which has led her to be named a Woman To Watch in professional services in Providence Business News’ 2013 Business Women Awards program.
