As a 14-year-old teenager, Ava Anderson became concerned about chemicals in personal-care products she and her family used. She got rid of the products but didn’t stop there. In 2009, she formed Ava Anderson Non Toxic with her brother, Frohman, and their mother, Kim. Anderson, pictured above, is now a student at Babson College, in Wellesley, Mass.
