BRISTOL – Eleanor Langham was appointed the new executive director of Coggeshall Farm Museum by the organization’s board of directors in an announcement on Thursday.

Langham, who holds a master’s degree in museum studies from Johns Hopkins University, said in a prepared statement she is “eager” to lead the museum.

The statement continued: “Our team is ready to move forward with several significant projects this year. I am excited to work with them and the many community partners that make what we do possible.”

Before joining the living-history museum in 2016, Langham previously held positions at Old Slater Mill, Mystic Seaport and the Pettaquamscutt Historical Society.
