Head to the Herreshoff

Catch the country’s oldest annual 4th of July parade from Bristol’s Herreshoff Marine Museum during its 4th of July celebration Wednesday. Situated along the parade route, the Herreshoff will offer guests a light breakfast, a bloody Mary bar and waterfront family entertainment. The fun continues through the afternoon and into the evening with refreshments and live music from the Ancient Mariners Dixieland Band. For a suggested donation, those who wish can also enjoy a sail in one of the Herreshoff’s boats.
