Recent changes in the IT environment have meant important changes to IT security. There is an increasing need for awareness and training at all levels of an organization. Mangers need to decide who should be involved in security decisions.

This discussion will cover:

•Increased use of mobile devices including employees’ personal devices

•Changes due to virtualization and external hosting

•Managing security expectations and changing staff perceptions

•The demands caused by regulatory changes and the storage of greater volumes of information
