Ocean State Toastmasters will install officers for the upcoming Toastmasters year at a dinner meeting Tuesday, June 19, at 6 p.m. at the Greenwood Inn, 1350 Jefferson Blvd., Warwick.
Officers to be installed are: President, Karen Golembeski, of Warwick; vice president/education, Kimberly Gauthier, of Warwick; vice president/membership, Ed Skurka, of West Warwick; vice president/public relations, Ann-Mary Currier, of Cranston; secretary, Ray Ferreira, of West Greenwich; treasurer, Cliff Lander, of Fall River; and sergeant-at-arms, Nick Hill.
The price for the dinner is $30.
Ocean State Toastmasters, which is based in Warwick, holds its regular meetings on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at Warwick City Hall.
The club is one of more than 13,000 in Toastmasters International, a nonprofit, educational organization devoted to the development of public speaking and leadership skills. The organization has some 270,000 members in 116 countries.
