Pinnacle's Providence Exit Planning Chapter Meeting:

Networking and Advanced Education on various exit planning topics.

Come and see what hundreds of professional advisors are calling 'their ticket' to exit planning success. Pinnacle Equity Solution's Exit Planning Chapter Meetings are where the industry's best trained and most committed professional advisors and consultants gather to learn from each other.

PRESENTATION TOPIC

Micro-market companies, generally be defined as including businesses between $2 million and $25 million in revenues and/or between $300,000 and $3 million in EBIDTA, tend to be entrepreneurially managed and typically controlled by a sole-proprietor, a family or a partnership of shareholders. These Micro Market businesses tend to be too large for the typical small business buyer and too small for large financial and strategic buyers. Since a limited number of entities are interested in acquiring Micro Market businesses, these business transitions require special tactics and strategies. Micro Market business owners tend to have very different needs from those in larger companies and Alan Rose will be discussing examples and strategies that he uses for transitions in this segment of exiting owners.

Guest Speaker:

Alan Rose, Principal at Yarmouth Venture Group

Yarmouth Venture Group specializes in the business transfer process within the micro market. Alan is a senior finance and operations executive with over thirty years of Micro Market experience as a senior commercial lender, CEO and both as a principal and advisor in mergers and acquisitions.

Alan's background includes strategic management, mergers and acquisitions and management and control systems for the financial, production and sales fields for companies in a variety of industries. With a core belief in solid fundamentals reinforced by defining expectations and analyzing results, Alan has achieved success in a variety of arenas by consistently valuing relationships over transactions.

Alan lives west of Boston with his wife and two daughters.
