  1. Congratulations to Kimberly Marion of Engel & Völkers Oceanside on representing the sellers in the record-setting $11.9M sale of 85 Nayatt Road in Barrington. This waterfront estate is now the highest-priced residential sale ever recorded in Barrington, surpassing the prior reported Barrington record of $8.65M, which was also on Nayatt Road.

The sale is also Rhode Island’s highest residential sale of 2026 to date and a major benchmark for the Rhode Island luxury real estate market. Kim’s work in luxury, waterfront and distinctive properties continues to raise the bar across Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts.

Congratulations as well to Paul Leys of Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty for representing the buyers in this exceptional transaction.

A great result for the sellers, the buyers, Barrington and the Rhode Island real estate market.
