PROVIDENCE – A total of 28 sales associates and 18 sales teams from 22 different real estate firms in Rhode Island were named to the 2018 Real Trends list of America’s Best Real Estate Professionals.
Sponsored by AdWerx, the list ranks approximately 14,000 real estate agents from all states, based on their participation in sales in 2017. The list ranks individuals and teams by the number of transaction sides and the volume of sales.
To be included in the rankings, agents must have closed on at least 50 transactions or completed $20 million in sales in 2017. Teams were required to close on 75 transaction sides or $30 million in sales.
The individual who had the most transaction sides in 2017 was Kyle Seyboth of Keller Williams Realty in Providence, with 373 transactions. The individual with the highest volume of sales was Lori Joyal of Lila Delman Real Estate in Westerly, with $83.5 million in sales in 2017.
Residential Properties Ltd. was the firm with the most sales associates to make the list, with six. The firm with the most teams represented was Keller Williams Realty, with five.

The individual who sold the most transaction sides in Bristol County, Mass., was Daniel J. Gouveia of Keller Williams Realty in Easton, with 83.5 transactions. The individual with the highest volume of sales in Bristol County, Mass., was Christine Do of Keller Williams Realty in Easton, with $30.5 million in sales in 2017.
The Bristol County, Mass., firm with the most sales associates on the list was Keller Williams Realty, with three. Keller Williams and RE/MAX Welcome Home were the only two firms in Bristol County, Mass., with teams named to the list, each with one team.
