NEW JERSEY-BASED Tryko Partners LLC has acquired Elmhurst Extended Care in Providence and is planning a $5 million renovation of the facility.
PROVIDENCE – Elmhurst Extended Care has been acquired by Brick, N.J.-based Tryko Partners LLC, and will be renamed Elmhurst Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as part of a more than $5 million renovation of the property.
