Shawn W. Howard has joined Anawon Trust N.A., a subsidiary of Bristol County Savings Bank in Taunton, Mass., as assistant vice president and investment officer. He previously worked at Wachovia’s Evergreen Investments in Philadelphia as a portfolio manager. In his new role, Howard is responsible for overseeing the bank’s overall investment strategy and structuring client portfolios.
