At Ximedica we are all about teams – Program Teams. They are only as strong as their weakest members. At Ximedica our development process allows individuals to be interchangeable among teams, depending on the tasks defined. Our team members are constantly engaged with training to our QMS – Quality Management System – that provides the basis of a rigorous discipline that ensures consistent use of our best practices for our customers.
Our customers depend on us, as an extension of their business, to identify and mitigate risks associated with bringing medical and health care products to market. Risks cannot be taken lightly when people's lives are at stake. Our goal is for them to depend on us being intimate with their business strategy and provide key insights into the products and solutions they hope to bring to market.
Each Program Team is led by a dedicated program manager who provides the real-time link between Ximedica and customers. The managers are hands-on with the program and identify the resources needed. We have developed a deep bench and therefore when we assemble the Program Teams we can pull from our offices in Providence, Minneapolis/St. Paul and San Francisco to best match the tasks at hand.
Since we have no products of our own, we are only as good as our last assignment. Our real challenge is to make sure that when the next program is available, our customers will look to their "trusted advisers" at Team Ximedica. •
