Wright-Pierce named one of top 200 environmental firms in country

PROVIDENCE – Wright-Pierce has been recognized again as one of the Top 200 environmental firms by Engineering News Record and moved up eight spots in its rank, to No. 165.
The water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure engineering firm serves clients throughout the Northeast.
ENR, a trade publication, publishes annual rankings of engineering and construction firms in the U.S., measured by gross revenues. In June, ENR also cited Wright-Pierce as a “Top 500” Design Firm, ranking it No. 355, a 14-spot improvement from the prior year.
According to the company, Wright-Pierce has been ranked in the Top 500 and the Top 200 for six consecutive years, with 2015’s rankings the highest to date.
Wright-Pierce also earned higher nationwide engineering company rankings in the following subcategories in the Top 200: Top 25 Wastewater Treatment Plants (No. 20), Top 25 Sanitary and Storm Sewers (No. 21), and Top 50 Sewerage and Solid Waste (No. 34).

President and CEO John Braccio attributed the 68-year-old firm’s growth and ENR rankings to “a continued strong commitment to a clear focus on our clients’ needs to help identify and implement tailored and sustainable solutions for their infrastructure needs.”
