The new site, now under renovation, will include a mix of open floor plans, private offices and meeting rooms and pre-function entertainment spaces. The center will include a 1,200-square-foot “Club House,” which will serve as an employee break room by day, bar by night and TV cooking show set on occasion.
The building will include an employee wellness room, a meditation space and a new mother’s room, among other amenities. The stand-alone building, in an industrial and commercial park, has a 200-space parking lot.
In all, the 50,000-square-foot complex will provide space for (add)ventures as well as two current tenants and a future tenant.
The company move is planned to be completed by Jan. 2.
