The office space, first built in the 1980s, was mostly used as a call center prior to (add)ventures’ arrival in early January. The space includes a mix of open and closed offices; phone booths for private conversations; a large Club House kitchen for gathering and after-work events; four edit suites and two rentable video and photo production studios. The space also features The Collabs, with five conference rooms themed around the stages of design thinking, an 80-person “(add)itorium” and, in the pre-function space, an antique London Austin FX taxi that doubles as a phone booth and selfie stop. The office will soon have an outdoor courtyard for informal meetings, dining and entertainment.
