AP&S is proud to announce the following promotions for 2022.
Effective January 1, 2022, Dan Procaccini and Matt Waters have been elevated to Shareholder and Danielle Dufault has been elevated to Counsel.
Cheryl A. Clarkin, Shareholder, is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property group and focuses her practice on Trademark and Copyright Services. She has extensive experience in assisting clients with U.S. and international trademark and branding issues. Cheryl joined the firm in 2015. Cheryl resides in the firm’s Boston office.
Danielle E. Dufault, Counsel, is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate group and began working at the firm in 2018. Danielle has a wide range of experience in assisting clients with various corporate and business law matters, including commercial and residential real estate transactions, stock and asset acquisitions, commercial financing, and corporate governance. Danielle resides in the firm’s Newport office.
Daniel J. Procaccini, Shareholder, is a member of the firm’s Litigation group and focuses his practice on complex business litigation and white-collar criminal defense. Dan represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes, product liability actions, high-stakes government investigations, and sensitive internal probes. Dan joined the firm in 2019. Dan resides in the firm’s Providence office.
Matthew E. Waters, Shareholder, concentrates his practice on corporate law, real estate and public finance. He regularly represents LPs in private equity and other alternative investments and his practice encompasses a broad array of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial and public finance, real estate, entity formation and dissolution, and tax matters. Matt joined the firm in 2018. Matt splits his time between the firm’s Providence and Newport office.
