It is the reason why I transitioned to my current role in product strategy and product development for virtual care. Where do you see yourself in five years? I will forever be in the health care industry. I hope to be in a strategic leadership role identifying new opportunities to improve the member experience and delivery of health care.
What was your last streaming or cable binge watch? “The Offer,” based on the making of “The Godfather.”

What led you to pursuing a career in your current industry? One of my customers at my family’s restaurant guided me to the health care industry. He was an internal audit manager for Lifespan [Corp.] and there was an opening on the team. I started my career performing financial, operational and compliance internal audits for Lifespan, including their affiliated hospitals and practices. This role showed me early in my career that there were many opportunities to improve health care.
