Antique Show returns to Newport

NEWPORT – In its 11th year, the Newport Antiques Show will feature new dealers, an updated program and new activities.

Several new dealers of traditional antiques, such as Jessie Davis from London and Robert Lloyd of New York will join returning exhibitors. Four vintage and antique jewelry dealers will attend—Three Golden Apples, Reh Fine Jewelry, David Rovinsky Fine Jewelry and Sue Brown—as well as vintage handbag seller Only Authentics.

Also new this year, Jessica Hagen Fine Art & Design will feature photographs by Elliott Landy, the official photographer of the 1969Woodstock festival.

In addition, select dealers will present booth talks, the cost of which is included in the weekend’s ticket.

Held this year from July 28 to 30 at St. George’s School’s Ice Rink at 375 Purgatory Road, a Gala Preview Party will be held on July 27 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Doors open Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m.

The Newport Historical Society and Boys & Girls Clubs of Newport County will benefit from a portion of the proceeds of the event.
