Neal Pandozzi has joined the firm as Co-Chair of the firm’s Public Finance Group.
Neal has served as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, issuer’s counsel, institution’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel, trustee’s counsel, and lender’s counsel in a wide variety of bond transactions across New England. He has also represented clients in various corporate and commercial finance matters. He is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
Neal received his J.D. from Roger Williams University, his L.L.M. from Boston University and his B.A, magna cum laude, from Providence College.
