How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? As part of our effort to promote from within, we cross train employees in multiple roles. This exposure provides employees with career growth when positions arise and ensures that there are experienced staff for all roles.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? A family-oriented workplace which strives to engage and foster leadership and growth through communication, technology and supporting each other.
How do you support community service work by your employees? We work with multiple community programs and encourages engagement with these opportunities with all employees. Employees are also encouraged to submit any community engagement opportunities to leadership, management and the social committee for support.
Describe a new employee benefit(s) or initiative(s) your company has launched in the past 12 months. The “Friday Focus Group” initiative focuses on communicating company news and foundational business concepts, to illustrate how each role contributes to overall success.
