And the company is seeing cash-incentive payouts increasing quarter over quarter due to higher participation by workers. “The cost of health care also is driving [employees] to participate … to obtain a lower premium deduction,” Benchmark reported.
Benchmark added that employee “turnover has improved year over year, and participation rates in the wellness program continue to increase as well.”
