“Our policies are designed with input from both leadership and staff, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of our workforce,” said Akos Antwi, a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who co-founded Revive with his sister Abby in 2021. “[About] 80% of our employees take advantage of company-sponsored health benefit programs. Our goal is to achieve 95%.”
Revive recently introduced flexible hours, remote-work opportunities and implemented an unlimited time-off policy.
Additionally, the Providence-based company participates in team-building activities, such as healthy weight loss challenges, yoga, candle-making and mindfulness workshops, as well as community engagement, including charity events, food and clothing drives, and free mental health workshops.
