“We were lucky enough to have multiple vendor relationships, which allowed us to keep up with the demand in office equipment needs. While others may have been struggling to get items from their vendors, we had multiple avenues to take care of business,” company President Michael Ardry said.
When the health crisis began in 2020 and with many of its customers working from home, Automated Business Solutions had an influx of service calls to help people connect devices, sales of laptops, virtual communication software and smaller desktop machines.
A revenue boost and acquisitions allowed the Warwick-based office technology company to bring employees back to work, reinstate programs and add new benefits.
“We plan on further growth and look to continue acquisitions moving forward,” Ardry said. “This growth strategy builds on our recent success, where we’ve strengthened our market position and expanded our capabilities through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.”
