BRISTOL – Earlier this month, the Roger Williams University School of Law announced it had welcomed Collin Bailey and J. Scott Kilpatrick to its board of directors.

In a statement, RWU School of Law Dean Michael J. Yelnosky said of the additions: “Collin and Scott will no doubt make important contributions to the board because of their exceptional and diverse talents and their commitment to the success of the law school.”

A 2008 graduate of the RWU School of Law, Bailey currently serves as the senior director for strategic procurement at CVS Health Corp., where he is responsible for the management of the company’s CVS Health Procurement to Payment program, among other duties. Before joining CVS Health in 2011, Bailey ran a solo law practice in Rhode Island, and also worked at New York City- and New Jersey-based firms.
