JOHNSTON – BankNewport is scheduled to officially open its new banking branch office at 1423 Hartford Ave. on Dec. 4.
The new branch will be led by Ann Ullucci, vice president and branch sales manager, the Middletown-based bank said.

BankNewport has scheduled a ceremonial ribbon-cutting ceremony Dec. 4. Those expected to attend are Mayor Joseph Polisena; Liz Catucci, CEO and president of the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce; BankNewport CEO and President Sandra J. Pattie; BankNewport board Chairman Peter Capodilupo; and Mary Leach, BankNewport executive vice president and director of consumer relationships.
