NARRAGANSETT – A building that previously served as the First Baptist Church on Caswell Street recently sold together with 0.18 acres of land for $1.5 million after the structure was renovated into a single-family home, according to Residential Properties Ltd., which represented the buyer.
The converted church at 101 Caswell St. was originally constructed in 1889, but was recently renovated into a single-family home that contains four bedrooms and three bathrooms, according to Residential Properties.

The home features cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, stained glass windows, crystal chandeliers and handcrafted woodwork, including a handmade staircase, which leads up to a second level that contains space for an office or studio, while the bedrooms are located on the first floor, according to Residential Properties.
The first level of the home, with an open floor concept, also features a fireplace, according to property records.
Outdoors, the home features gardens, specimen trees, and a secluded patio, according to Residential Properties. The property also features a 745-square-foot deck, the real estate firm said.
The home, which has a wood shingle exterior, also comes with a 15,000-watt generator, according to town property records.
The 101 Caswell St. property was most recently valued by Narraganstet assessors in fiscal year 2024 as being worth a total of $1.47 million, according to the town’s online property tax evaluation database.
Residential Properties sales associate Lauri Lee represented the buyer as the selling agent in this transaction. Karen Giarrusso, of the Steven Miller Group, at Coldwell Banker Realty, represented the seller.
According to the warranty deed, a public record of the transaction, the Narragansett home was sold by Ryan Nardolillo and several trusts, including the Kim Nardolillo Trust. The 101 Caswell St. property was purchased by Anabela Perozek and Michael Pereozek, according to the warranty deed.
