BARRINGTON- The property at 28 Rumstick Drive located in the Rumstick Point area in Barrington sold last week for $1,600,000, according to Mott & Chance Sotheby’s International Realty.

The sale is the fourth highest in Barrington this year.

Originally built in 1870 but now fully renovated, the home has four bedrooms and three baths. The house also features a living room with a two-sided fireplace and a sky-lit cook’s kitchen.

“A true year-round home and summer retreat married into one, this home features panoramic views of Narragansett Bay on private grounds,” said Carolyn Nolan, sales associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, who represented both sides of the sale.
