vice president, BSA/AML officer

SWANSEA – Kristyn M. Glennon has been hired as a new vice president and the BSA/AML officer at BayCoast Bank, with locations in southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Glennon is responsible to coordinate and develop policies and monitoring programs to ensure day-to-day compliance with Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering regulations, including the Office of Foreign Assets Control and the federal Patriot Act.

Glennon joins BayCoast Bank with more than 20 years of banking experience, most recently as vice president, compliance and BSA officer with Envision Bank (formerly Randolph Savings Bank).

A graduate of Stonehill College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice, Glennon also earned a paralegal certificate from Quincy College.

Glennon, a resident of Easton, is an active member of the Eastern Massachusetts Compliance Network, Southeast Security Association, New England Fraud Investigators Association, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Examiners.
