PROVIDENCE – Berri, a restaurant by chef and owner Siobhan Chavarria, has opened in a newly renovated commercial building at 187 Mathewson St.
The restaurant is part of the buildings renovated by ASH NYC. It will offer a seasonal, ingredient-focused menu, according to a news release. Chavarria previously operated Flay y Ajo in Providence. She opened the newest eatery in May.
The new space is designed by Oblique Studio. The 1,000-square-foot restaurant has a minimalist design, featuring a wooden fin-style ceiling and a concrete bar.
