What was your first job? Serving as counter help at Iggy’s Doughboys and Chowder in Warwick.
What advice would you give your 22-year-old self? I would tell her that it is OK not to know exactly where you will end up. I would tell her each bump along her professional journey is a learning experience.
What moment changed your life more than any other? Becoming a parent. I have two daughters and I have made it my goal to be a role model for them. It is what got me through my master’s program, when I was a full-time working mom and student with two very young children.
What is your greatest attribute that you bring to your job? My desire to create meaningful and impactful relationships. I am passionate about sharing the story of our patients and their families and inspiring people to join the fight against ALS.

What led you to pursuing a career in your current industry? I began my career in the nonprofit sector through the Americorps Vista program shortly after receiving my undergraduate degree. I fell in love with my peers who work in the industry and in the communities I’ve served.
