TAUNTON – Brian P. McMahon has been named vice president/senior commercial loan officer at Bristol County Savings Bank.
In his new position, McMahon is responsible for the development and management of commercial-lending and deposit relationships in Rhode Island. It is a new position at the bank. He will be based out of the bank’s office at 215 Armistice Blvd. in Pawtucket. The bank is based in Taunton.
McMahon has held numerous positions in the banking industry, including vice president of commercial lending at Pawtucket Credit Union, senior commercial lender for Bridgewater Credit Union in Bridgewater, Mass., mortgage loan officer for Bank of America Corp. in Boston, and commercial loan officer at Ocean Capital in Warwick.
McMahon recently served on the board of directors and was a member of the finance committee for House of Hope in Warwick. He earned an associate degree in criminal justice from the Community College of Rhode Island. He resides in Cranston.
Bristol County Savings Bank has about $2.2 billion in assets and more than 400 employees in southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
