PROVIDENCE – A building in downtown Providence that had accommodated nightclubs for more than 20 years is newly listed by Capstone Properties.
The one-story building at 125-127 Friendship St. most recently was the home of Ultra, a nightclub that was ordered closed by the city in 2018 after a series of reported violent crimes, including a shooting.
The building, which has access on Pine Street as well as Friendship St., is within walking distance of the Wexford Science & Technology center, as well as the financial district.
The building covers 9,685 square feet and has an outdoor area.
