Carcieri appoints new chief of staff

Governor Donald L. Carcieri announced Wednesday the appointment of Jeffrey Grybowski as his new chief of staff. Grybowski will replace Kenneth K. McKay IV, who is leaving state service, and who will manage the governor’s re-election campaign through November.

Grybowski has served as the governor’s policy director and deputy chief of staff.
