EXETER – Network technology solutions provider Carousel Industries has qualified as an Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Excellence Association AV Provider of Excellence, a recognition program for integration companies and AV-design consulting firms. It’s the second year in a row the Exeter-based company has qualified in the program, the company said in a press release.
The AVIXA APEx program considers companies for recognition based on the number of employees with key certifications; continuing-education efforts; and customer feedback, as well as meeting or exceeding certain industry requirements.
“Carousel is pleased to join the elite group of firms two years in a row who share these best practices,” said Carousel Chief Revenue Officer Jim Marsh in a press release. “We have always emphasized quality of service, technical expertise and professional standards as the hallmarks of our service delivery model.”
AVIXA said the APEx designation gives companies an edge over competitors, “a mark of distinction in the marketplace,” said AVEXA CEO David Labuskes. “Customers of APEx companies can be confident of the AV provider’s professionalism and commitment to ongoing training, customer service and dedication to excellence.”
Founded in 1992, Carousel Industries has 27 locations across the U.S. It is a certified reseller of Cisco, Microsoft, Avaya and more than 30 other partners.
